1. When I place a order, how long does it take before my order is shipped?
Most Orders are processed to ship within 24-36 hours.
You will receive your order
confirmation via e-mail with the total amount including shipping when your

Information |
Orders will be processed and
shipped from our Distribution Center within 2 business days. Business days
are Monday – Friday, 9-5 Eastern, excluding holidays. Our standard shipping
is ground service via UPS. UPS will only deliver to street and rural
addresses; P.O. boxes are not acceptable.
Shipping formula for UPS ground delivery;
order processed and shipped from distribution (2 business days once order is
placed) + UPS Ground delivery (2-10 business days) = your delivery time.
Due to unusual size or weight, some items require special handling charges.
Expedited shipping requests take one business day for processing and are
shipped the following business day.
Ex; If order is placed on Thursday and next day air serviceis requested,
order is processed on Friday, shipped on Monday, and delivered on Tuesday.

Orders are shipped from Sebring, FL via UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We Accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money orders and
Cashiers checks. No Personal Checks or COD's
4. Do you offer a catalog?
At this time, we do offer catalogs, however, they are quickly outdated due to
new and discontinued products constantly being updated on our website. We
recommend our online catalog. The internet catalog helps us keep prices
down, while keeping you (the customer) up to date on the most current and
popular items or themes.
5. Do I have to place my order online?
No, We accept phone order, mail orders and fax orders. Orders placed
online generally process faster and we do offer a secure online server, so no
one will be able to steal your information.
6. Do you accept Returns?
YES, we'll gladly accept your returns as long as..
1. You must get a return authorization number (no credits well be
given without a return number.)
2. Product must be unopened (with no exceptions).
3. Product can not be seasonal or close-out merchandise (Graduation, Halloween,
New Year's, Christmas etc.)
4. Customer Takes responsibility in shipping product back (1800PARTYSHop.com is
not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items due to return shipment
handling.)
5. Item's that are Not returnable: Cater trays, food service items,
wearable items (hats, leis, masks etc.)
