Wedding Packages
We offer Tier Wedding packages that range from the all-inclusive wedding coordination and decoration
to the package where the bride does the majority of the work and we "fill in the gaps",
or just coordinating or
decorating of the day before and wedding day events.
We understand that every bride-to-be is different and has diverse abilities and
needs.
The Tier Packages offer a wide variety of services for those brides who want to be completely in charge of their wedding
to the bride who has no time to plan a wedding while keeping up with her daily routine.
All of our services included in the Tier Wedding packages may be purchased "a la carte".

Our “Tier Level Service Plans” are designed for the bride and groom to choose from a list of different plans, which are most appropriate for their needs. A contract will be written between Chloe’s Kisses and the bride and groom to be signed by both parties after the Fee Structure has been determined.
Tier Five Service Package
Our Tier Five Service Package is designed for the discerning and busy host or hostess. If you do not have the time to locate sites, arrange interviews with prospective vendors, negotiate contracts and all the other details that go into planning an event, then this service allows for efficient coordination of your special day.

* Scheduling Appointments and Meetings with Referred and/or Selected Vendors
* Contract Negotiation and Review
* Attendance at Various Planning Meetings with Vendors (as needed)

* Guest Lodging Acquisition and Management
* Unlimited Phone Calls (calls not taken after 10:00 PM)

Tier Four Service Package
For the host or hostesses who wishes to plan a portion of the event themselves, our Tier Four Service Package will give you the expertise and resources of an event planning professional while allowing you to obtain some of the providers and services on your own. With this service package you will receive:
* Budget Construction, Implementation & Management
* Site Referral Assistance
* Vendor Referral Service
* Scheduling Appointments and Meetings with Selected Vendors
* Six Progress Meetings (final meeting is held 10 days before event)
* Food and Beverage Design
* 20 Phone Calls (20 minutes each - calls not taken after 10:00 PM)
* Unlimited E-Mail Access to Consultant
* Rehearsal Direction (1 hour)
* Event Day Management (6 hours - includes supervision of wedding and reception)
Tier Three Service Package
For
the host or hostess who wishes to plan most of their event themselves, then our
Tier Three Service Package will, as in our Tier Four Service
Package give you the expertise and resources of an event planning professional
while allowing you to obtain most of the providers and services on your own.
With this service package you will receive:
* Budget Construction, Implementation & Management
* Site Referral Assistance
* Vendor Referral Service
* Four Progress Meetings (final meeting is held 10 days before event)
* 15 Phone Calls (20 minutes each - calls not taken after 10:00 PM)
* Unlimited E-Mail Access to Consultant
* Event Day Management
Tier Two Service Package
Should you wish to plan the entire event on you own, but want a professional to oversee your event to make sure that everything you have selected and contracted for are done in a timely manner, then this plan is for you. It includes:
* Two Progress Meetings (final meeting is held 10 days before event)
* Six Phone Calls (20 minutes each - calls not taken after 9:00 PM)
* Unlimited E-Mail Access to Consultant
* Rehearsal Direction (1 hour)
* Event Day Management
Tier One Service Package
For the host or hostess who has planned the entire event but would like a professional to follow-up with the vendors, manage and direct the rehearsal and supervise the event, this plan is for you.
* Two Meetings (meetings to be held 2 months and 1 month before event.)
* Follow-up with vendors (list of vendors to be provided at last meeting)
* Rehearsal Direction (1 hour)
* Event Day Management
Decoration Package
For the host or hostess who has planned the entire event but would like a professional to decorate and supervise the reception only and clean-up, this plan is for you. (up to 6 hours)
* One Meeting (meeting to be held 3 weeks before event.)
* Follow-up with vendors (list of vendors to be provided at meeting)
* Event Day Decoration
Customized packages are available for your convenience!
To book your special
event with Chloe's Kisses, a non-refundable booking fee will be required to
reserve your special date on our calendars. Small special events require a $25
booking fee while large special events require a $100 booking fee.
Because of the demand of our services, we do not book our services until the
booking fee has been received in full. We do not verbally commit to any events
without a booking fee.
